Processing on the XL650 to having a Clean Case with new Primer. The T7 has three (3) stations set-up to: Load 6.2gr of Trail Boss, Set 200gr SWC then Crimp Case. 

Prime for Powder ...Processed on Dillon XL650 .. next Redding T7.. Powder, Bullet Seat then Crimp...

Time for a refill .. 45 Colt

Out of the vibratory cleaner, Full case sizing and deprime .. Clean Primer Pockets and ID-OD a light case rim clean-up..186 cases of 45 Colt.  I added a brush to clean inside of case.

No more searching for the designated Shell Plate, .. as used on Redding T-7.

Dillon XL650 Fixes and Upgrades ....

Repairs: Powder Volume Check and Low Primer Alert System. 

Battery corrosion on Micro Switch contacts and Broken positive wires on Micro Switch.  Micro Switch on Primer Indicator has faulty internal spring. Once Fixed they will be back-up spares.

New Upgrade: Roller Bearing Shell-Plate Indexer: NOTE my early 650 requires a rework to the location surface of the block to allow more bearing/Cam engagement. Rework .. remove 0.050"..

New Items: 

Bullet Sizing Die, 0.451" and Cartridge Check Block.

Spare Micro Switches, as a back-up. UPDATE: Micro Switch Fits and Works .. Internal spring needs weight added to Primer Indicator Rod. Powder Volume Check... Original Switch OK just soldered wire. Warranty parts arrived, now installed and working.

Custom Full Wadcutters:.....

25 lbs at: 222 grains each, (25 x 7,000 / 222) ... approx 785 bullets. Cast and Powder Coated, diameter; 0.452". Next step; run them through the 0.451" Sizing Die.

Range Box ... Re-Loaded

Primary setup for 4 specific pistols. Also capable of housing variations in the 3 front positions, position 1) is the Benelli MP 95E.

Range Box: Reworking and making Custom 4 Gun Holders.

New set of Custom Holders for 4 Specific 22 LR Pistols. 1) Benelli MP 95E, 2) S&W22A, 3) Ruger MK II, 4) S&W SS Revolver.  Fit Check looks good. Customs Grips and Red-Dot optics require non-standard solutions.
