Equipment: 1) Dillon Vibratory Tumbler, 2) RCBS; 5 Station Cleaner; Case Mouth and Primer Pocket, 3) Home Made Brass Sorting Table, 4) Dillon Rotary Case / Cleaning Media Separator. 5) Redding T7 Press, 6) De-Capping Die / Full Length Resizing De-Capping Die

Process Steps in sequence:

1) Visual review of cases .. Size/Caliber Sorting and remove any visually defective cases.

2) Sort Cases by Size/Caliber.

3) Select Cases to be Cleaned and Prepped for Reloading. 

4) First Dry Vibratory Clean... Dry Media only No Polish/Polishing Cloth used.. Approx 45-60 min.

5) Separate Brass from Cleaner (Dillon Rotary Basket & Bin) 

6) T7 Press with required Die, De-prime Case ... Review for defects.. Scrap defective cases.

7) Prep Case Mouths and Clean Primer Pockets

8) 2nd Vibratory cleaning using Dillon Polish and Polishing Cloth Strips.

9) Repeat Step 5)....

10) Visual inspection

11) Store ready for Reloading.
